Terms of Service

Welcome to Blatt Ltd. By engaging with our consulting services or utilizing the MemoryOS framework, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Engagement

Engagements begin with a Data Potential Assessment ($5,000). The scope of work for subsequent turnkey implementations is defined in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).

2. Intellectual Property

Blatt Ltd retains ownership of the MemoryOS proprietary framework and its core architecture. Clients receive a perpetual license to the specific knowledge graph and pipeline implementation deployed for their organization.

3. Professional Liability

Our services are provided "as-is" with the goal of maximizing data accuracy and intelligence persistence. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from AI reasoning.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, with jurisdiction in Warsaw.
