This website provides general information about Blatt Ltd and its consulting services. Website copy is not a binding offer, guarantee, or complete statement of the terms that apply to a specific engagement.

Each engagement begins only after the parties sign a written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. That document defines the investigation question, source scope, access requirements, deliverables, schedule, fixed fee, expenses, acceptance criteria, and any implementation included. Fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

A four-week diagnostic depends on the agreed scope, authorized access, and required records being ready. A handover before an incoming CTO's first day requires sufficient lead time. Dates and changes to scope are confirmed in the signed engagement document rather than guaranteed by website copy.

The client is responsible for authorizing access, providing accurate context, supplying the agreed Google Cloud environment and model API credentials, identifying access restrictions, and ensuring it has the right to provide the selected records for the engagement.

The signed engagement document identifies the reports, evidence register, implementation brief, project-specific code, configurations, or other artifacts delivered to the client and the rights that apply to them.

Blatt retains its pre-existing methods, tools, reusable components, and proprietary MemoryOS research infrastructure. Ongoing access to MemoryOS, hosting, updates, support, and broader implementation are not included unless agreed separately in writing.

Findings reflect the records, access, period, and assumptions available within the agreed scope. Evidence may be incomplete or contradictory. Financial estimates are not represented as realized savings, and Blatt does not guarantee a specific commercial, operational, or AI-system outcome.

The client and incoming leadership retain responsibility for decisions and may review, challenge, or reject proposed actions. A diagnostic does not include recruitment, interim executive responsibility, implementation, or a full security, financial, or compliance audit unless a specific scope and appropriate specialists are agreed separately.

If these website terms conflict with a signed proposal or services agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. These website terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any different terms agreed in writing.
