When you submit the project inquiry form, Blatt receives the contact and project information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, website, expected budget, preferred start date, and a description of the question you want to investigate.

Please do not submit confidential company records through the public inquiry form. If an engagement appears relevant, an appropriate access method and data scope will be agreed separately.

Inquiry information is used to review your request, contact you, assess whether the proposed engagement is a fit, prepare a proposal, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary business records.

For consulting engagements, work is performed remotely in a Google Cloud environment provisioned and controlled by the client. The specific source scope, authorized access, retention arrangements, and credential-removal process are agreed before company records are reviewed.

Language-model requests use API credentials supplied by the client. The provider and configuration are agreed with the client and configured not to retain request data. Approved requests may be transmitted from the client's Google Cloud environment to the selected API provider.

Blatt may use service providers necessary to operate the website, deliver inquiry email, and measure website usage. Google Analytics is currently used on this site. Engagement-specific infrastructure and model providers are selected or approved by the client and documented in the engagement scope.

Inquiry and business records are retained only as reasonably necessary for communication, proposal preparation, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and security. Engagement data follows the arrangements agreed for that project. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
